Terms of Service

Holiday Scheduling: Holidays may impact the regular class schedule, resulting in a class being canceled for a holiday. Cascade Enrichment will notify parents in advance of any changes.

Safety Policies: Parents and students must adhere to all Cascade Enrichment safety policies. It is important that all children have a safe learning environment. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the cancellation of enrollment at the discretion of Cascade Enrichment.

Class Cancellations: In the event of a natural disaster, teacher emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, parents will receive a credit for any canceled class. Every effort will be made to notify families in advance of an emergency cancellation.

Billing and Enrollment: Parents may sign up for classes at any time during the month. Once a parent enrolls, the billing will occur on or around the same day each month. If a parent decides to unenroll, they will be charged for the full month of the current billing period and will continue to have access to the class until the end of that billing cycle.
