Our Story

After searching the area for STEM summer camps for her young children, it became clear that the community needed access to high-quality academic and enrichment programs. Inspired to create better learning opportunities, Pamela Savagaonkar, a teacher with two masters’ degrees in education and years of experience, founded Cascade Enrichment as the solution in 2016. Pamela lives in the Snoqualmie Valley area with her husband who works as a software engineer and their four wonderful children ranging from 3rd grade to a college-bound freshman. She is often giving back to the community and donating hours to local classrooms. She enjoys teaching her kids to cook, ice skating, and making candles.

Cascade Enrichment believes education centers should demonstrate a desire to want to improve technologies, training, and resources for highly qualified tutors so that students have access to the best possible learning environment. The team is comprised of 60+ educators. Each tutor on the team brings their individual talent and experience. Together, the team supports students in all K-12 subject areas. Tutors meet remotely with students across the country. Locally, in-person tutoring services are offered in the eastside Seattle-Metro area.
