Flexible Scheduling Options & Prorated Rates

We understand that every family’s schedule is unique. That’s why we offer flexible enrollment options:

• M, W, F Enrollment: Sign up for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions.

• T, Th Enrollment: Sign up for Tuesday and Thursday sessions.

Tuition will be prorated based on the number of days your child is enrolled, relative to the full 5-day schedule. For example, if you select M, W, F (3 days), the monthly tuition will be adjusted to 60% of the full rate, while a 2-day (T, Th) enrollment will be prorated at 40%. However, our preference is to take families looking for full-week care.

Transportation Information

• Timber Ridge Elementary: Transportation provided to/from Timber Ridge Elementary.

• Cascade View Elementary: Depending on weather conditions, students may either walk (½ mile) with a Cascade Enrichment teacher or be transported by vehicle.

• Snoqualmie Elementary: Transportation provided to/from Snoqualmie Elementary.

• Other Schools: Parents are responsible for transportation if their child is not eligible for our provided service.
