Will has extensive experience working with students with learning disabilities, as well as students who benefit from additional academic challenge. He is skilled in leading small-group instruction, helping students strengthen their skills and confidence while keeping advanced learners engaged and motivated.

He is passionate about helping students grow, whether that means strengthening foundational skills, closing learning gaps, or moving beyond the classroom curriculum.

Joseph brings extensive experience in curriculum design, academic mentoring, and individualized instruction. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students, currently teaches high school mathematics, and has worked with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Joseph founded an academic tutoring organization specializing in SAT, ACT, and AP exam preparation, where he developed curriculum and instructional frameworks to support student success. He has experience supporting a wide range of learners, including students with IEPs and 504 plans, multilingual learners, and students at varying levels of academic readiness.

Joseph earned his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley, an MBA from Regent University, and a Doctor of Health Administration. He has also passed the Praxis 5165 Mathematics exam and is currently completing a Master of Education.

With a genuine passion for helping her students learn and grow, Reta is dedicated to the teaching profession. In addition to her tutoring with Cascade Enrichment, she is currently working at a middle school, where she enjoys every moment.
